Serves 1

  • 2ounces dry rosé wine
  • 1/2ounce St-Germain
  • 1 1/2ounces Aperol
  • 1/4ounce raspberry liqueur, preferably Combier Framboise
  • 1ounce soda water
  • Strawberry slices and grapefruit crescent, for garnish
  1. Stir all the ingredients over ice in a wine glass. Garnish with strawberry and grapefruit.
